How to make a claim
If you have an issue with a device that you have purchased from us, please contact us straight away and we will guide you through the process. In some cases, we might be able to assist you remotely. A member of our Tech Support Team can connect to your device and diagnose and potentially fix the issue for you.
If we are unable to fix the device remotely, we will provide you with the details to return your device to us.

Refurbished Toshiba Portégé Z30-C Grade B [Screen]
These units have little marks on the screen which aren't visible when the unit is powered on however are visible when the unit is turned off - that's why these are at an amazing low price.
