We want you to buy with confidence from tier1, so we want to make things simple for you; we are a distance seller and therefore are reliant on Couriers/Postal Services to ferry goods back and forth so please bear this in mind. Our phones/email/chat are manned 9am - 5pm if you have any questions please just give us a call.
Please ensure that you have a full backup of all your data/programmes before you send your unit back to us - we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your machine needs to be replaced.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Please note that in the event that we need to send you a replacement we will need to receive the goods back from you BEFORE we can despatch another unit.
If you wish to cancel your order:
Before we've despatched it - please call us and let us know as soon as possible
Once we have despatched your order:
Within fourteen days of receipt notify us that you no longer require your order.
Please call [0161 777 1007] or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will issue you with a returns number so that you can return the item to us.
You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.
You are not able to cancel orders once despatched.

If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve.
Please note that tier1 Warranties DO NOT cover batteries as we are not able to guarantee the length of charge held. Standard warranty applied is twelve months; unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Warranties are Return To Base, this means after 14 calendar days it is the customer's responsibility to return the unit back to our Warehouse (M45 8GZ) in the same way as you would have return an item to a physical shop.
This is a UK based warranty. If you are outside of the UK and need to return an order, the cost of returning the item will fall with the buyer; this includes any Import/Customs Duty charges. If a repair or replacement is required, these can only be shipped to a UK address.
We will Repair/Replace your order and ship it back to you within seven working days of receipt.
