Where Is My Order?

All orders from tier1 come with Free Standard delivery, which is fully tracked. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.

Once we have shipped your order, you'll receive an email from DPD with your tracking link.

How Do I Process A Refund?

If you wish to cancel your order before we've despatched it - please call us and let us know as soon as possible. Alternatively, within fourteen days of receipt notify us that you no longer require your order. Please call (0161 777 1007) or email customerservices@tier1.com with your order number and we will issue you with an RMA number so that you can return the item to us.

You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us.

Business customers, you are not able to cancel orders once despatched.

When Will I Receive My Machine?

When you order from tier1, we include FREE Standard Delivery, which is fully tracked and delivered within 3-5 working days.

Alternatively, select Express Delivery (£10) at checkout and receive your order in 1-2 working days. Please note, this is not a next day service.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £5 and will be delivered in 3-4 working days.
