A member of our Tech Support Team can connect to your device and diagnose and potentially fix the issue for you.
If we are unable to fix the device remotely, we will provide you with the details to return your device to us.

Refurbished NEC MultiSync EA241WM
ECO MODE saves power consumption: Lower power consumption by reducing the brightness to the lowest level that can be used for normal operation.
Carbon Meter: The accumulated amount of reduced CO2 emissions (kg) as a result of saving on power consumption with the ECO MODE.
Pivot Function: Portrait mode is available by rotating the panel 90 degrees. Portrait mode is suitable for displaying documents, images or websites.
The Stand Height Adjustment: With the Stand Height Adjustment Function raising/lowering the height of the monitor up to 110 mm, the monitor can be set at a visible position for the user or as necessary for the use environments. The angle of the monitor can also be adjusted vertically and horizontally.
LED Brightness Adjustment Function: The brightness of the power supply lamp is adjustable, so that it will not interfere with displayed images when viewing dark scenes or in a multi-display environment.
USB Hub Function: By attaching importance to expandability, 1 x the upstream port, 2 x the downstream port (on the backside) and 2 x the downstream port (on the side panel) are provided in standard configuration. Various peripheral devices supporting the USB interface such as memory and a mouse can be connected.
Built-in Stereo Speakers: The main unit of the monitor has stereo speakers (output 1W+1W). Contents having various kinds of digital sounds can reproduce.
