What is a Refurbished Phone?

A refurbished phone is a second hand device that has been wiped, restored and repaired. Placed in grades which are defined by the quality of the product, devices can be sold as Grade A - with minimal signs of wear and tear, to Grade C - which carry more obvious signs of abrasion, but still function as they should.
