Tracking

Tracking Your Order

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Every item we sell is checked prior to dispatch, to ensure that our high standards are met. If you have requested any upgrades to your Laptop or Desktop, these will take a little longer whilst our technicians fit your upgrades into your new device.

Once your items have been dispatched ready for collection by our couriers, you will recieve an email, which includes your tracking number.

On the day of delivery, you will recieve an email with a 1 hour time slot, so you know when to expect your order to arrive. Note: All Laptop & Desktop orders require a signiture on delivery. Please ensure someone is availabe to sign for your items.

Billing Address

Credit Card Orders

Any orders made by Debit or Credit Card must have the same address entered for your Billing Address & Shipping Address. Any orders processed with different addresses, will be refunded and an alternative payment method requested.

If you require the option to deliver to a different address to your Billing Address, please use either PayPal or Bank Transfer payment options at checkout.

Business customers who require an alternative delivery address, please contact customer services, who will be able to assist you with your order.

FAQ's

Where is my order?

All orders from tier1 come with Free Standard delivery, which is fully tracked. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days.

Once we have shipped your order, you'll recieve an email from DPD with your tracking link.

Can you deliver my order quicker?

Yes we can. You can upgrade the delivery of your order to our Express Delivery service at checkout. Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days.

Where do you deliver to?

Our Standard & Express delivery options are available for delivery to UK mainland only.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, which is selectable at checkout.

We do not currently deliver outside of the UK.

What days do you ship orders?

We process orders Monday to Friday. Our warehouse is closed at weekends and Public Holidays.

Any orders made over the weekend or during Public Holidays, will be processed over the next two working days.

Can I change my delivery address?

We are able to change your delivery address prior to shipment. If for any reason you need to change where we deliver your order, please contact us at customerservice@tier1.com.

Please be aware that any orders made by Credit or Debit Card, can only be delivered to the Billing address. If you need to change where we deliver to, we will have to cancel your Credit or Debit Card payment and take payment via an alternative method, such as PayPal.
