What is covered?
. Full breakdown support . All parts & labour . Repair faults caused by technical defects . Full replacement if we can't repair your item . Free delivery & recycling if we need to replace your item
What is not covered?
. Accidental damage . Liquid damage . Damage to screens . Damage to surrounds, facias, lids or keyboards . Issues casued by any modification of the internal or externals of the device . Issues as a result of third party software . Any parts or components added since the item was purchased
How to make a claim
If you have an issue with a device that you have purchased from us, please contact us straight away and we will guide you through the process. In some cases, we might be able to assist you remotely. A member of our Tech Support Team can connect to your device and diagnose and potentially fix the issue for you. If we are unable to fix the device remotely, we will provide you with the details to return your device to us.

May have light marks or scatches which are not visible when turned on
